Annual material assistance for disabled persons whose disability is caused by participation in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident, for persons who fell ill and suffered from actinic disease or became disabled as a result of nuclear experiments, ionizing radiation accidents and their consequences at civilian or military atomic facilities during military or special service, and for family members of deceased participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident (spouses and one of the parents)
The right to annual material assistance is granted to persons with disabilities whose disability is caused by participation in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident, to persons who fell ill and suffered from actinic disease or became disabled as a result of nuclear experiments, ionizing radiation accidents and their consequences at civilian or military atomic facilities during military or special service, and to family members of deceased participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident (spouses and one of the parents).
In the case of divorced parents, upon request, the established amount is divided between them in equal parts.
