State Service State Centre for Certification and Approbation of Phyto-sanitary Means and Fertilizers (hereinafter - the State Centre) operates as a self-managed state service, in which the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry exercises the function of founder. The State Centre has the mission of organizing and coordinating research-testing-experimental activities, approval and registration of phytosanitary products and fertilizers in order to form the assortment of phytosanitary products and fertilizers intended for use in agriculture, forestry and in the municipal household, as well as for the protection of stored products.
