Indemnity for temporary work incapacity
Granting a financial right to the insured person and the unemployed who benefit from unemployment benefits, in case of temporary loss of work capacity due to illness.
Indemnity for temporary incapacity for work is granted to insured persons who are on medical leave at all units where they carry out activities and lose the insured income for the entire period of medical leave and confirm the total contribution period of at least 3 years or at least 9 months made in the last 24 months prior to the occurrence of the insured risk.
Indemnity for temporary work incapacity caused by tuberculosis, AIDS or an oncologic disease, work accidents and occupational diseases is established regardless of the duration of the contribution period.
The unemployed benefit from the right to indemnity for temporary incapacity for work if they confirm the necessary contribution period, provided that the payment of the unemployment benefit is suspended for the period of the medical leave.
