  Submitting the application

  The related applications can be submitted to the CAA counter (Chisinau mun., 80/2 Dacia Avenue) or to the e-mail address (info@caa.gov.md) in compliance with the legal requirements regarding the electronic document.

  In order to obtain the Certificate for approved training organization, the completed form shall be submitted in accordance with Annex No. 57 to the Civil Aeronautical Procedures and Instructions PIAC - CPN Flight crew Licensing.

   

  In order to obtain the Certificate for the air traffic control officer training organization, the completed application shall be submitted in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Civil Aeronautical Procedures and Instructions PIAC - ATCO - COP Training Organization on Licensing.

   

  For obtaining the Certificate for the cabin crew member training organization, an application shall be submitted in accordance with Annex No 69 to the Civil Aeronautical Procedures and Instructions PIAC - CPN - Flight Crew Licensing.

  Processing and examination

  Approved training organization.

  According to paragraphs 3.3 - 3.6 of Section 3 Chapter 3 of the Civil Aeronautical Procedures and Instructions PIAC - CPN Aircrew Licensing, the following steps are completed:

  (a) assessment of certification documentation;

  (b) acceptance/withdrawal of acceptability of holders of mandatory management positions;

  (c) certification audit;

  (d) assessment of the aviation safety management system.

  Air traffic control officer training organization.

  According to paragraphs 2.3.1 - 2.4.5 of Chapter 2 of the Civil Aeronautical Procedures and Instructions PIAC - ATCO - COP Training Organization on Licensing

  Cabin crew member training organization.

  According to paragraph 7.2 of Section 7 Chapter 4 of the Civil Aeronautical Procedures and Instructions PIAC - CPN Flight Crew Licensing.

  Issuance/refusal of issuance

  The respective certificates are issued at the single counter (Chisinau mun., 80/2 Dacia Avenue, Aviation personnel licensing section). They may also be communicated to applicants at the e-mail address known to the CAA.

  Refusal to grant the certificates in question shall be notified in writing to the applicant at the electronic address, in compliance with the legal requirements relating to the electronic document.
