Approval of constructions, installations and equipment in areas subject to aeronautical easements
Aeronautical easement - national and/or international conditions, restrictions in the interest of flight safety.
In areas subject to an aeronautical easement it is forbidden to install new constructions, installations, objects, engineering or communication systems or to carry out work on them without prior opinion issued by the CAA.
Area subject to aeronautical easement - the area related to the aerodrome and air navigation service equipment, subject to aeronautical easement.
The service entails the analysis of technical documentation related to objects (any work, activity, development, equipment, construction, object) that may constitute geometric or radio (electromagnetic) obstacles to air navigation or affect flight safety. The CAA shall exercise expert technical control over these objects in terms of their compliance with the provisions of the applicable national and international aviation regulations and shall assess the impact of these objects on flight safety and airport operations.

- 1Submission of the application
To obtain the opinion, the applicant shall submit the application at the CAA one-stop shop, located in Chisinau municipality, 80/2 Dacia Blvd, or at the electronic address: info@caa.gov.md, in compliance with the legal requirements relating to the electronic document.

The application with attached documents shall be examined in accordance with the requirements of Chapters 2 - 3 of the CAPI-AGA-CONSAVIZ Civil Aviation Procedures and Instructions "Issuance of opinions for the siting of constructions, installations and equipment in areas subject to aeronautical easements".
- 3Release/deferral/refusal of release
The opinion shall be issued to the applicant at the one-stop shop, located in Chisinau municipality, 80/2 Dacia Blvd, Airports Directorate), against the signature affixed in the Register of records of opinions on the location of constructions, installations and equipment in areas subject to aeronautical easement. The opinion may also be communicated to the applicant by land mail to an address known to the CAA. Refusal to grant an opinion shall be communicated in writing to the applicant at the electronic address, in compliance with the legal requirements relating to the electronic document, and/or by land mail to an address known to the CAA.
