Paternal indemnity

Monetary right granted for the care of the newborn child, to the father insured in the public social insurance system

 The insured father, employed under the individual employment contract or employed under the administrative act, self-employed practicing in the justice sector.

 He was granted paternity leave at all the units where he carries out activities in the first 12 months from the date of the child's birth, in the case of the self-employed father practicing activity in the justice sector, the paternal indemnity is established from the date of the child's birth for a period of 14 calendar days without the condition of being on paternity leave.

 He confirms the required total contribution period of at least 3 years or at least 9 months completed in the last 24 months prior to the child's birth date.

 He requested the establishment of the paternal indemnity within 12 months from the date of the child's birth.
