  Step 1. Submission of the application

  Petitions are submitted at the agency's office, located on 31 August 1989 /82 street, Chisinau, MD-2012, post-mailed or by e-mail to: arij@justice.gov.md.

  Step 2. Examination of the inquiry/request

  The information from the Register of Succession Cases and Wills is verified and extracted; the response is finalized; it is countersigned by the executor and signed by the director of the Agency.

  Step 3. Sending the response to the applicant

  The response (signed by the director) with the exit number is sent to the applicant via email.
