  Submit a request for coordination by one of the following available means: 1) at AGRM headquarters, office no. 1; 2) e-mail: agrm@agrm.gov.md; 3) post: MD-2004, str. Mitropolit Dosoftei nr. 156, Chisinau.

  2. Processing and examining the request

  Verification of the execution of mining works within the limits of the mining perimeter; Verification/examination of the correctness of the calculation of the losses according to the development plans of the mining works and the technical (technological) project of exploitation of the useful mineral substances

  3. Release of the coordinated form

  The coordination of the form with the norms for the loss of useful mineral substance at extraction can be received at the headquarters of the Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources, office no. 1, 156, Mitropolit Dosoftei St., Chisinau. Upon request, the coordination of the form can be delivered by post or to the applicant's e-mail address.
