  1. Submitting the request

  The application shall be submitted:

  1) at the AGRM headquarters at the address: Chisinau; 156 Mitropolit Dosoftei str., office no. 1;

  2) e-mail: agrm@agrm.gov.md;

  3) mail: MD-2004, str. Mitropolit Dosoftei nr. 156, Chișinău, by February 15 of the year following the year of management of the reporting request with the enclosure of the Report which is prepared according to the forms in Annexes no. 1, 2 and 3 and the informative note which will contain:

  1) quality parameters of useful mineral substances, their technological properties;

  2) hydro-geological and mining-technical conditions of the deposit exploitation;

  3) the quantity and quality of mineral raw materials, submitted for initial processing;

  4) the quantity and quality of useful components in the stripping rock, in the waste of the mining enterprise and its enrichment products, as well as data on their utilization (sale to beneficiaries, temporary storage in special pits, stockpiles, in reservoirs, etc.)

  5) the cost price of extraction and processing of mineral raw materials, the cost of sale of the commodity production, the main beneficiaries and the quantity of the commodity production procured by them, including the quantity of the exported commodity production

  2. Processing and examination of the request

  Check the correctness of the completion of the reports on the movement of useful mineral reserves and the information note by subsoil beneficiaries
