  Submitting the request

  The request is submitted:

  1) by e-mail: agrm@agrm.gov.md;

  2) post office: MD-2004, str. Mitropolit Dosoftei no. 156, Chisinau;

  3) at the headquarters of the Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources.

  2. Verification of the correspondence of the geological report according to the requirements of the normative acts

  Verification of the geological information report's compliance with the requirements of the normative acts on the preparation, preparation and completion of geological reports.

  3. Storage of the report in the State Subsoil Information Fund

  The grounds for receiving geological materials for permanent storage are: 1) the existence of the state registration number of the works carried out regarding the geological research of the subsoil; 2) correspondence of the set of geological materials, indicated in the cover letter with the volume (in parts) on the paper carriers or magnetic carriers; 3) the existence of mandatory structural elements in the component parts of the geological material; 4) correctness of perfecting the textual and graphic materials.

  4. Sending confirmation of storage of geological information report

  After storing the report with geological information in the State Subsoil Information Fund, the author of the geological report shall receive a confirmation from the Agency that the report has been stored in the State Archive, including the record number. The Agency sends the confirmation letter by mail and to the author's e-mail address.
