  Submitting the requirement

  The application shall be submitted: 1) online by clicking on the Apply button https://actpermisiv.gov.md/#/ep/permit/91 ; 2) by e-mail: agrm@agrm.gov.md; 3) by post: MD-2004, str. Mitropolit Dosoftei nr. 156, Chisinau; 4) at the headquarters of the Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources.

  Processing and examination of submitted documents

  The issuing authority examines the applicant's requirement and the attached documents. For the project of the mining perimeter for the extraction of useful solid mineral substances, the informative note and the graphic annexes are checked if they have the following content: the informative note of the mining perimeter project presents the technical-economic argumentation of the limits of the mining perimeter, according to the surface and depth, within the limits of the approved contours of the calculations of the reserves and areas of technological influence that determine the surfaces of the mining and land perimeters and the measures that ensure the rational extraction of the useful mineral substance and the protection of the environment from the harmful influence of the mining extraction works; graphic materials for the mining perimeter project include copies of the topographic plan of the sector's surface, the plan for calculating reserves of useful mineral substances, geological maps and sections. The scale of the topographic plan is chosen according to the size of the basement sector, but not smaller than the scale of 1:5000.

  Return of the mining perimeter project for completion/modification/correction

  The mining perimeter project may be returned to the applicant for additions/modifications/corrections in the following cases: a) lack of the required documents attached to the mining perimeter project; b) non-conformity of the content of the mining perimeter project with the requirements of this Regulation and the underground legislation; c) incomplete argumentation of the limits of the requested mining perimeter taking into account the complete extraction of the useful mineral substance, protection of groundwater from pollution, negative influence of mining works on the environment and other factors.

  Issuance of the mining perimeter confirmation act

  the mining perimeter confirmation act can be received at the headquarters of the Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources, office no. 1, str. Mitropolit Dosoftei, 156, Chisinau or when the applicant (or his legal representative) receives an electronic notification from the portal www. actpermisiv.gov.md, where you can electronically download the permit and confirm receipt of the document. Upon request, the document confirming the mining perimeter can be sent by post or to the applicant's email address.
