  1. Payment of fees for participation in the contest

  The fee for participation in the competition is non-refundable and constitutes 318 MDL, and the fee of 3810 MDL is the cost of geological documentation, both fees are transferred to the account of the Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources attached below:

  2. Submission of the request to participate in the contest

  Bidders shall send the documents for participation in the tender in two envelopes, placed one inside the other:

  (a) the outer envelope shall contain the following documents: the application for participation in the competition; a copy of the certificate of state registration; the certificate confirming the absence of debts to the state budget; copies of the payment documents confirming the payment of the fee for participation in the competition and the fee for the geological documentation package to the settlement account of the Organizer;

  b) the sealed inner envelope shall contain: the tenderer's proposals for the competition; the data on the financial possibilities of the tenderer, necessary for the execution of the works, in case of their confidentiality.

  3. Obtaining a copy of the verbal process regarding the conduct and results of the contest.

  A copy of the verbal process of the proceedings and results of the competition will be issued to all participants in the competition, which can be received at the headquarters of the Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources, office no. 1, 156, Mitropolit Dosoftei St., Chisinau. Upon request, the coordination can be delivered by post or to the applicant's e-mail address.
