Ship Radio Stations Licence
The Ship Radio Stations Licence is an official act that allows the use of radio communication stations on board of maritime and river vessels under the flag of the Republic of Moldova and certifies that the radio communication stations on board the ship meet the requirements of national and international legislation in force.

- 1Receiving and processing the request
In order to obtain the Ship Radio Stations Licence, the applicant submits to ANRCETI, personally or through a representative, authorized according to the law, directly to the headquarters of ANRCETI, either by letter, or through dedicated information systems (https://actpermisiv.gov.md) or by e-mail (advanced qualified electronic signature), an application (according to the form from ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision no. 33/2024).
- 2Examination of the equipment and performance of the expertise
In order to issue the Ship Radio Stations Licence, ANRCETI selects, calculates and plans the radio frequencies for the use of the ship stations, issues theCall Sign, the station identifier (MMSI), the ATIS code and sends, for registration to ITU, the information about the radio communication equipment on board.
- 3Issuance of the Licence, containing the list of radio frequencies and radiocommunication equipment required for use
The Licence is issued free of charge, within 3 working days, starting from the day of registration of the request, provided that all the requirements related to the transmission, form and content of the request and the attached documents, established by Law no. 599/1999, Law no. 160/2011, ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision no. 33/2024 and other acts related to the purpose of using radio communication stations, have been met.
