Thematic certificate
The thematic certificate is a complex of research aimed at ensuring the detection of information requested by natural or legal persons in the documents of the Funds held by the National Agency of Archives.
Getting the thematic certificate:
The certificate can be requested by the following ways: online programming - https://programari.gov.md/ro/ana; transmission by electronic mail - secretariat@arhiva.gov.md; serviciipublice@arhiva.gov.md and by physical mail (at the address: str. Gheorghe Asachi, 67 B, mun. Chisinau, MD-2028).

- 1Step 1. Submission of application
The request can be submitted through the following methods:
- In person at the institution's headquarters: MD-2028, Chisinau municipality, 67/B Gheorghe Asachi Street (only by online appointment - https://programari.gov.md/ro/ana);
- By mail;
- By email: serviciipublice@arhiva.gov.md.

The service can be paid for through the government electronic payment service MPay.

Research and examination of the documents based on which the information will be compiled.

The certificate can be received at the counter of the National Agency of Archives or it can be sent by mail.
