  Step 1. Submission of application

  The request can be submitted through the following methods:

  • In person at the institution's headquarters: MD-2028, Chisinau municipality, 67/B Gheorghe Asachi Street (only by online appointment - https://programari.gov.md/ro/ana);
  •  By mail;
  •  By email: serviciipublice@arhiva.gov.md.

  Step 2. Service payment

  The service can be paid for through the government electronic payment service MPay.

  Step 3. Document research

  Research and examination of the documents based on which the information will be compiled.

  Step 4. Drawing up the document

  Step 5. Issuance of certificate

  The certificate can be received at the counter of the National Agency of Archives or it can be sent by mail.
