Obtaining information by natural persons and competent institutions regarding the benefit/non-benefit of social benefits in the public state social insurance system of the Republic of Moldova.
Natural persons - insured and uninsured, beneficiaries of social benefits, their guardian/curator, the person authorized by power of attorney.
Legal entities – the competent institutions designated by the agreements international agreements in the field of social security/agreements on the guarantees of citizens' rights in the field of pension insurance.

Submission of the request:
a) at the counter, at any CTAS, regardless of the residence visa of the applicant | National Office of Social Insurance House (gov.md);
b) in electronic format by e-mail to the address: secretariat@cnas.gov.md.

A response is drawn up to the competent institution's request.
At the request of the applicant/representative designated by power of attorney, confirmation is issued regarding the benefit/non-benefit of social benefits in the public state social insurance system.
