  Step 1. Submitting the request

  The application is submitted at the CSSM (The State Chamber for Marking Supervision) headquarters at the address: 7, Constantin Tanase Street, Chisinau, MD-2005, Republic of Moldova, or sent by e-mail:office@cssm.md , to which the registration form for the personal nominal mark is attached.

  The service can be paid through Mpay.https://mpay.gov.md/

  Step 4. Release of the registration

  The registration is issued at the CSSM (The State Chamber for Marking Supervision) counter.
