    Step 1. Submit your application

    The pet's owner approaches the territorial subdivision of the Agency and presents the following documents to the inspector:

    - Copy of the owner's identity card;

    - The pet's passport;

    - Official report issued by an authorized laboratory on the results of rabies antibody tests;

    - Where applicable - notarized power of attorney, allowing a person authorized by the owner to carry out the non-commercial movement of the pet animal.

    Step 2. Payment of the service

    Payment through the government electronic payment service Mpay

    Step 3. Issuance of certificate/ refusal to issue

    The inspector of the territorial subdivision of the Agency checks the authenticity of the submitted documents, the proof of payment for the service, legalizes and issues the Certificate for non-commercial movement of pets.
