- 1Step 1. Submitting of the application
The request is submitted at MOLDAC headquarters at the address: Gheorghe Tudor 5, Office 302, MD-2028, Chisinau, Moldova or via the Automated Informational System SIA Acreditare.

After the Accreditation contract was signed, the accreditation process begins with the appointment of the assessment team.
- 3Step 3. On-site assessment
The assessment team reviews all relevant information and objective evidence gathered before and during the assessment to determine the compliance of the Conformity Assessment Bodies with the accreditation requirements.
- 4Step 4. Treatment of non-conformities
For all categories of non-conformities raised by the assessment team and for all types of assessments, the Conformity Assessment Bodies shall establish for each non-conformity the actions provided in the Policy for treatment of non-conformities, within the deadlines established by Annex no. 1 to the Accreditation Rules.
- 5Step 5. Accreditation decision-making
The assessment team shall ensure that all records and information relevant to that file are adequate and are provided to the Accreditation Recommendation Committee along with the team's proposal for the accreditation decision.
The decision on accreditation is issued to the applicant at the Center counter.
