    Step 1. Submission of an application for connection to the Register of Chattel Mortgages/Succession Cases and Wills Register or modification through an additional agreement.

    Applications are submitted to the Agency's office at the following address: 31 August 1989 Street, No. 82, Chisinau, MD-2012, post-mailed or via e-mail to arij@justice.gov.md, requesting: Connection of notaries/banks/microfinance companies to the Register of Chattel Mortgages; Connection of notaries/municipalities to the Succession Cases and Wills Catalog.

    Step 2. Reviewing the request

    The contract/addendum is completed and sent to the applicant for signature. After the applicant signs it, the contents of the contract and the signature are reviewed. Then, the document is sent to the agency director for signing.

    Step 3. Account creation and granting access

    Sending a copy to the applicant; transferring data to the IT specialist for account creation; notifying the applicant of the account creation or changes made according to the agreement, with technical support provided as needed. Creating/modifying an account in the Succession Cases and Wills Register (RDST) / Register of Chattel Mortgages (RGRM).
